What I do
I'm a Senior Programme Manager with sixteen years' experience leading complex transformation programmes across regulated and enterprise environments — most recently a €55m multi-year mobile platform build for an Irish health insurance body, and a €12m audit transformation programme at KPMG Ireland.
My focus is digital transformation and change: standing up the governance, operating rhythm and cross-functional teams that turn strategy into delivered outcomes. I work comfortably across onshore, nearshore and offshore teams, and I'm equally at home with executive stakeholders, Big 4 partners and engineering squads.
